I talked to an NPC during "Recipe for Disaster" and traded him the cook book for this:

Well if u pick 1 person, it's the easiest way to trade books so you can do another person

 

i have recipe token but i cant go to another person ?!!?

 

Well let's say you picked person A, but you wanted person Bs reward. You can trade As book for the token, then trade that for Bs book to do person B instead

 

but the award are all the same? btw i got the token of b and i want the peron a reward how do i do this?

Mhm. There's a book merchant in the room where you chose your cook.
Just give the merchant that token and it'll exchange it for another chef's cookbook.
