Hay Sickle Problem

So today I started doing the ??? quest and there was a problem with the Hay sickle. It seems that it very rarely moves the hay and its pretty annoying. Apparently this problem was there but then it was solved by going to a new server or killing another farmer to get a fresh sickle again. I tried those methods and none of them seem to work. So I called out a friend, Choco, to help me finish the puzzle. (Which he finished the quest...). Even Choco couldn't move the hay too. So he told me that its more likely because the map push update came up which made the puzzle glitched. So my question is... Can this be fixed now or for the next update to come up ? Sorry if I sound impatient. just really wanted to do this quest. ;-;
(even tho i could have done it long ago but then school shit and laziness came up..)

You have to run against the block with the Hay sickle in your hand.

 

I tried that but then it also doesn't work properly. It very rarely happens when the hay moves tho

Here are some recommendations about the puzzle. I'll try to help as best I can (since I've had experience with the puzzle).

- Try not to push the hay bales into taller wheat. It will take longer if you push it through there rather than on the dirt.
- The puzzle is best solved with only one person moving the bales. I did the puzzle with others before and it glitched up much more than with only one player moving the bales.
- Puzzles are known to break in some worlds for random reasons. If the hay bales won't move, try to go into a world that has freshly restarted. Chances are, the recent restart refreshed the possibly broken puzzle, making it have an extremely low possibility of it being glitched.
- Make sure you are holding a fresh hay sickle for each world switched to. Also, walking against the bales moves them, and standing by them is less effective.
- You could try switching versions to 1.8.9, though this may not help considering I did the puzzle fine on 1.9.2.
- If all of the possible solutions aren't working, make sure you have a decent internet connection and that you're not lagging heavily. Lag may be affecting the rate at which you move the bales, so removing it may improve the issue.

If nothing is working, I'd say go do the red or yellow meteor and let someone else do blue. If you can't complete that puzzle, I'm pretty sure you can do the others since those have had less bugs than the blue meteor has.
