Did Black Get A Buff?

So the item guide says that the dagger Black has 33% spell damage max, but mine has 34%... I know that a lot of legendaries got buffed in the gameplay update, but I think that those changes are already in the item guide. So if Black's spell damage got buffed, does anyone know if any other stats on it got buffed too? Also, Wynnapps says Black gives -2/4s - -4/4s mana regen, but the item guide says -2/4s - -3/4s, which one is right?

Might have gotten buffed if it has stats different from wynnapps

 

I bought a black with maximum spell damage % bonus, and it had 33%. Now it's still max, but has 36%, so it has been changed.
