    arent unique items normally unidentified in chests..? i never saw this before.. is it a bug?
    its not possible to identify them

    It's not unidentified, so it's bugged or just a rare coincidence. If you still have it on you, either keep it or throw it into disposal. Dunno about selling it or not.
