    @Cruuk-huud Let's take a look at melee and spell damage.
    The base damage of either is first multiplied by the percent boost then added with the raw.

    As for percent hp regen, it works the same way as it multiplies default hp regen then added together with raw hp regen.

    I know, but OP is saying that it doesn't, could someone perhaps test this to see if the 2 health regen IDs work the same way as the melee/spell damage IDs to see if it's working or not?

    Our base hp regen is low, negligible, so the percent hp regen has close to none effect on our overall hp regen. Hence, negligible.

    Yeah. I can't use the water spear is was planning on (tidebinder) the air spear (frenzy) the tank spear (undying) the fire spear (ignition) or the spear I was planning in using with chestplate of ineptitude, as well as the fact the only mythic i can use is discoverer. It spreads out skill points so much you can't use any heavily elemental weapons.

    Nope, %Health Regen only affects your base regeneration rate, while Raw Health Regen adds a set amount to it.

    If %Health Regen affected raw regen, we'd have another situation like what raw versus percent Spell Damage did back in the day where it's ridiculously overpowered. At the same time, I've tried to severely boost %Health Regen IDs on items to help compensate its general uselessness in small numbers...

    I think what makes % health regen so useless is that your base regen is only like 1 or 2 HP per regen when you're near full health. I might be wrong on that, but it seems like my mage only gets 1 HP per regen when it's only missing a few hearts and I take off my items with regen. (It has around 5000 HP)
    So even if you had 100% regen, you're only going from 1 HP per to 2. Still next-to-useless.

    If you told people this a few months ago, they would of laughed at your face. Same as telling people Pure is the worst mythic or that snail is bad when gavel was released. Meta changes; people will find a new build that counters gravity. Give it some time.

    Would it be possible to give us the exact numbers on the base health Regan so we could have a better grasp of it. (I believe the base regen is based on the % of the current user's health, the lower the health, the more potent the healing)

    I wouldn't call it useless, from what selvut said, both of the health regen ID's have their uses, raw health gives you the clean and cut regen no matter what, health regen % helps the user in risky situations where their health is low.

    Just a while ago, from a ridiculous act of self-folly in molten heights, my health was low, and my health regened by around 80-ish around 60-70%-ish health, my total health is 11605, my total health regen % is 21%, and my total raw health regen is 0, health regen % is only useless if you're near or at full health, making it probably not the best ID for mages who like to use the heal spell.

    And, correct me if I'm wrong Selvut, but if your health is really low, then the health regen % Would probably stack with raw health regen, so there's that.

    Though, I think they should change the name of the ID to something like "Base Health Regen %" to rid the confusion between the 2 health regen IDs.

    Not sure of the exact formula. Salted knows it and I heard it once, but I don't know everything. I know it has to deal with a number of factors, including your current mana, your maximum health, and your current health, but I don't know the order or how they affect it directly.
    Well, the way it goes is there's the complicated procedure for calculating base %health regen, then raw is added. So, they do "stack", but % doesn't affect how much raw gives.
