tensei (did music for homestuck, one of those songs being ascend which played during the credits) started an indiegogo for some money to create an album in order to use the music that was never used in homestuck, including new music from him

During my years making music for the Homestuck webcomic, there have been many songs that remained unfinished or haven't seen the light of day for a variety of reasons. Strife 2 is an effort to combine some of the best of these unreleased songs with plenty of new material in a single album that will dwarf the first Strife album in both quantity and quality. Additionally, this campaign will serve to open up an avenue for future musical endeavors such as the Noir Album.
