    So I have a sage right now but its not very good so I want one with 2-3 mana regen, atleast 36% xp bonus, and atleast 9% loot bonus. Emerald Staff must have at least 28% loot bonus and I dont care about other stats.

    I got a 32 loot emerald staff; a 2/4 max xp, 1 off max loot, 1 off max air dmg sage and a 3/4 41 xp Sage
