Look, throwing in minecraft is a core mechanic, some games require it to be easy to access, especially pvp games that involve item sorting, it's vital.
In Wynn ? It's the complete opposite.
You most likely won't realize how dreadful ONE press of that key can be before you lose something of importance to it.
Sure, it's nice to know self defence, but saying it's your fault for not taking them is completely retarded.
Do you honestly believe that it's the fault of the victim more than it is the fault of the guy who took advantage of this ?

It's literally no ones fault some pressed q by accident someone sees an opportunity to advance in the game and takes it.

Btw my Az was stolen once... but it's a different kind of stealing: I lend it to a nice friend of mine, who lend it to a "nice" friend of him, and the friend of friend claimed it lost in lava and sold it, somehow. I got concrete screenshots, but it's of no use.
In the end my friend ends up buying me another Az, and till now he still own me 36le.
Moral of the story, do not borrow a mythic to a friend of yours.

But your argument is flawed in one way : You take two events and assume they're both accidental by the propriety of the first event.

Event 1 : Person A drops the item that belongs to them unknowingly
Event 2 : Person B then stumbles on something peculiar and of value on the ground and decides to keep it

We can all agree that Event 1 is purely accidental, as no one would throw something of value in the middle of a crowd or to despawn, unless it's a previously announced giveaway.
As such, an accident such as dropping an item can not be 100% the fault of Person A, primarily for the reasons I stated above :

This one is easy, isn't it ?

It's purely intentional ; the willingness to take something that someone must have dropped most likely on accident, the intention to keep or sell it.
It is not an accident to pick and steal something that somebody dropped.
Picking it by itself isn't what causes this to be immoral, but if you cross the line and decide to alter the ownership of that item TO YOU without the previous party, it is theft.

If i were the one who got that Weapon, then the owner is asking players who got his weapon,
i would be tortured by his words, every single alphabet he said, and killing me, destroying me, and end up killing me

If i just leave him, i wont be able to sleep, eat, growling like a wolf every night, losing my mental
and end up killing me.

If i gave him his weapon back, i would be the same as above,

If i saw a weapon laying on the ground, the effect will still be the same,

If i leave it; it will too end up killing me

Dropping weapon sure is dangerous for me

I had a max sp millennium with 250 spell damage. Lagged off of me in a grind party... I had FULL CAPS and spammed the chat and nobody spoke up. I think that people are just getting greedy or they are those toxic 12 year olds who can't act mature and nice in a game cause they don't care about other people

 

In the day I got level 75 in 2014 and I got my first bob mythic I accidentally dropped it but luckily the guy who picked it up gave it to me back <3
But some guy wanted to act like he is the guy who dropped it.

I was pretty lucky

 

I mean, you lost a raging wind and you almost quit... I'd be pretty angry if I lost my return to Ether, but I don't have a mythic...
