"I... I was wondering if I could have a secomd life, one that wouldn't be spent a puppet." Ragnyon says nervously.

 

"I see. Your life was taken from you. You did not have a chance to live it yourself. You are capable of great things, yet you were not able to achieve them. You are the last of your kind, and as such, you hold a great deal of responsibility. I shall give you back the life you have not lived, and heal you of your damages."

 

"Y-you really mean it?" Ragnyon asks, thoroughly in disbelief.
"I can get a second chance? Thank you, goddess..."

 

"I believe you have done enough to warrant a second chance at life."

Ragnyon starts to feel a lot stronger.

 

"Thank you... I will do everything I can to keep you from regretting this!"

 

"You must only do one thing:"

Ragnyon feels the chain wounds fade and heal, her legs strenghten, her body cleanse of disease and problems. Ragnyon starts to feel a lot younger, and she feels like she is capable of anything. The liquid starts to drain, and the flower begins to bloom.

Live.

 

Ragnyon looks at her surroundings, a bit wary.

 

She finds herself in a dense forest, with a portal between two arched trees a short distance away. Birds chirp and flitter through the trees, and the ground is soft and mossy. A strong smell of nature wafts through the air as the sound of leaves rustling in the wind fills the forest.

 

She looks at her wrists and ankles, then looks to her staff.

 

Her wrists and ankles are completely healed, and they look strong. Her staff seems to glow with power, the crystal ball in it pulsing with energy.

 

She tries walking, then tries to seperate her physical and spirit body.

 

Ragnyon can walk easily, and seperating her bodies is simple. She finds she can easily focus on both bodies simultaniously.

 

Her physical body faints as her spirit body flies off to find anyone familiar.

 

The forest doesn't seem to contain anyone else, but the arched portal might be a good place to look.

I appear in front of the encased Katie.
"Perhaps the attack left you nearsighted beyond comprehension." I suggest.

 

She opts to head through.

 

Once she steps through, she finds herself back with the group.

 

She looks for Myria, then hugs her once she finds her.

 

Myria hugs back.

"I sense all went well?" Myria asks.
