    Today we're rolling out 1.11 compatibility. You can now play Wynncraft with any version 1.8 through 1.11.

    Horses are still weird in non-1.8 versions but I promise we're actively working on fixing it. It's a pretty complicated technical issue and you can expect a fix for it in the coming weeks.

    Please be sure to thank the ViaVersion team (MylesIsCool and Matsv) for making this happen so quickly.

    Didn't even know 1.11 was out... tis the problem of a 1.8 player... I actually like 1.7 the best, but no servers support it anymore...

    When will Wynncraft be ditching 1.8? So many updates to be cross-compatable with is quite annoying to program, so why not start shifting away from older updates?

    They are working on smaller, but frequent updates. Think of 1.10-1.14 as the large update, like 1.8 with it's many features, but released spread out like 1.10-1.14. (Why 1.14? Devs of MC said that's the update everyone should update to when it's out).
