Pls Fix (loot Crate Issue)

First of all "reduce lag" because i think thats what caused this but still,

nah im gonna make a montage of crates bc in don't wanna spend money and i wanted to make sure it was finished

 

when did they add crates that you could just summon? Sorry I havent played in a long time

The same thing happened to me earlier today, right after I opened the crate. I think the issue might be that there are blocks around you, since I opened mine in the crowded jumble of Rodoroc merchant stands and you opened yours at the bank entrance.
