Mage/Dark Wizard Help Quantum Mage

Here's the basic idea, you can add on more and make it crazier if you wish.

A lot of mana regeneration and lots of mana stealing capability. Like a LOT.
Huge lightning and water damage (fast ATK speed).
Able to spam teleport.
OP Ice Snake.

have u tested it and if so what is your average spell damage and teleport damage
