??? Quest

Is it bannable to talk about it outside of wynncraft wiki and forums? Because I have seen a few guides on other sites, and wynncraft does not own the whole internet. So people can post guides on other sites anonymously, wynncraft has no power to remove that turorial. So whats the whole point in having that rule?
Also, people can discuss on skype, which is the most easy way.
All, in all, its not possible to make every player solve it, so whats the point of this rule?
