Well, is the Sparkling Plate better than Boreal-Patterned Aegis? If it's better let me know please.

 

boreal is better. its got better health, better speed, much better elemental defences, mana regen which is needed to counteract leictreachs negative regen. it does has slightly less % thunder and % air by 2% in each but it also gives 15% water
