I'd personally put it in Lexdale - idk it just feels like the atmosphere in the Kander Forest is more... tense than when you're in Lexdale (but after finishing the Eye of the Storm).

It's good but I don't like the name. I know it's got nothing to do with the song, but it's just not fitting for me. I'd expect if it were a lament to be more slower paced, whereas a name like "Ballad of Kander" would be more fitting. You can choose to ignore this completely which is fine, as this is just my opinion
