Exploding And Life Steal

Just going to point-form listing all that I want to ask, would be grateful if answers are told.
1-By the chance of exploding, what is the greatest value for Exploding?
2-For weapons such as Infilak being 101% Exploding at max, does it mean that it would cause explosion by every hit? If not, what would be the chance for it to trigger an explosion?
3-Exploding is told to trigger Life Steal at the same time. Is this intended and does this still work?

1-Apocalypse (mythic spear have over 150% exploding I think )
2- every KILL activates exploding if u have +100% , not every hit.
3-yes. Exploding triggers life steal , it is intended and still works.
