A fun fact:

Just getting 5000 poison on Cancer has about 0.026% probability, yet again this one has max attack speed, making the total probability 0,002%. The average damage % on this one is 133%, meaning it has 2/3 effectiveness on a rough scale. That changes the probability to getting an equal or better Cancer to 0.0008%. The lifesteal is 4/5 on a rough scale, making the probability for a Cancer like this (or better) A WHOPPING 0,00016%. There are 2 possible lvl 96-100 legendary helmets out there. That means every time you loot a lvl 96-100 legendary helmet, it has a 0,00008% probability to be a Cancer that is as good or better than this one.
0,00008%.
That is 8 in a million.

That's not really how probabilities are calculated in wynncraft.
For example, the poison don't span across 1154 and 5000 with increments of 1, they span across that range based on a 0.1 factor including all values between 0.3 and 1.3, with base value being around 3800.
Extra algorithm is involved, but I'd guess chance of getting a 5000 poison is roughly 1%.

Still a beast cancer, nonetheless.

Well, as ricochet proved my calcs were a bit off because probabilities in wynncraft are calculated a bit differently, but what I did was simple percentage calculation that takes basically just as much time as writing that post.
And yeah this Cancer is pretty much just as good as it can practically be. :D

 

1/100 to get 5000 poison
1/10 to get 13 tier
1/5 to get 275 life steal or more
1/2 to get a Cancer from a 96-100 helm
(Not making these up, these are the actual probablilites for each stat, just happened to be really round numbers ;D)
So identifying a 96-100 legendary helmet would give you a 1/10000 chance of getting a Cancer this good

I got a heartattack 3 minutes ago.
I looted a new cancer, and it got bad IDs. I wanted to reID it and accidentally tried to reID my new Cancer, only to find out I was missing 100 emeralds. Then I checked it and OMG I ALMOST REID'D THIS CANCER OMG TY EMERALD COST AAAAAGHGH
good thing I didn't have enough.
Do not worry, the Cancer is still the same. But it was way too close. phhhhhffhfhhfhf
