    Hello Wynncraft,

I'm a level 63 Archer and was wondering what leggings would be best to wear for the moment between Morph-Iron and Mighty Pants. The Mighty Pants seem more defensive, but the Morph-Iron might allow me to access other pieces of gear due to its skill boosters. I am focusing on Dexterity, Agility then Strength.
    Here are their stats:

I would choose the Morph-Irons because it gives skill points a lil bit of reflection which could come in handy. It also gives elemental defenses.

Ah, so in general it's best to go for skill boosters over elemental defences?

They both give the same amount of defense though? And it all depends. For your build now I would say to use morph because it has lots of skill points and defenses

Question: Do you have the other Morph set items your level allows you to wear? If so, you automatically should go Morph.

Both items give you the same defensive bonuses except a lower health bonus for the Morph... But add in the Set bonus of having all 4 items so far and you're getting way more than the "Mighty Pants" can provide.

Adding all the stat boosts the 4 low level items provide + the Set Bonus and this is what you'll be getting:

    Health + 1040
    All Stats + 10-22
    XP + 22-27%
    Spell Dam + 5-20%
    Reflection + 5-20%
    Thunder Damage + 8%
    Earth Damage + 4%
    Water Damage + 8%
    Fire Damage + 4%
    Air Damage + 4%

The whole point of set items is the higher potential bonus gained by equiping multiple items from the set.

I just hit level 75 so I can use 6 items. With six items + Set Bonus I'm getting the following:

    Health + 4740
    Stats + 17-37
    XP + 47-52%
    Spell Dam + 5-20%
    Reflection + 5-20%
    Exploding + 5-20%
    Thunder Damage + 12%
    Earth Damage + 8%
    Water Damage + 12%
    Fire Damage + 12%
    Air Damage + 8%

With the above, I still have a ring slot and helm slot that I experiment with as I find new toys.

Thank you, I didn't think the set bonus was that good for Morph looking on the Wiki, but I have all the Morph items available to me and so will try them out.

That's the trick with these things. The set bonuses build slowly, especially for the Morph set because there are so many experience levels required to unlock the next one on the list. But they increase exponentially the more items you have.

Most of the time the next item + the next level of set bonuses outclass the bonuses any individual item you might be considering along side it.

Another nice option is that once you have all the jewelry options for the morph, you can add them to any of the other armor sets which will give you the full bonus of the armor set plus all the Morph jewelry individual bonuses and 4-item Set bonus.

For now, I'm just trying to get a good bow and the powders to boost it. Doesn't help that I keep tossing my legendary bows into hoppers. *FACE PALM*

FYI if you put on two Morph Topaz you get the set buff as if you have another Morph item on - though it doesn't show as being listed it does work like that, so I'd suggest just trying to get another Morph Topaz to use because more free xp and stuff :p

    Actually kind of on topic:
In this case, Morph Iron gives the same stats as the Mighty Pants, only more
If you have leggings that give a lot of xp bonus, I'd suggest using those when grinding mobs for xp, and then Morph Iron when doing anything else, as it will make you tankier so you won't get killed as easily as well as doing more damage
