Pretty sure you're looking for thunder damage and it's got 25%. Mana regen is 1/4 but you can re-id if you like I guess? It has 2/4 mana stel and 1/4 mr isn't much so it's a pretty okay botd.

No idea how much they're worth. They're legendary, lowish level so they're probably not grinded for often, thunder is hig hand that's what you're looking for, max mana steal, everything else is about average. 5 le?
