    I accidentally dropped a saddle into the hopper. Is there anyway to rollback for it or do I just have to deal with it?

    Sadly you just have to deal with it. Horses are cheap at the entry level, so I'm sure you can get a new one sooner or later.

    I learned my lesson from this type of thing when I accidentally dropped one of my best bows for level 55 (when I was around this level) into a boss altar...
