The year is 2030. Vladimir Putin has finally stepped down from office. He has opened the window for a new Russia to shine through, and a new Russia shined. A young man, 33 years old, by the name of Igor Kazimir has now stepped into power. His role model? A man by the name of Joseph Stalin. Igor, had a dream. He had a dream of reestablishing the might and greatness of the Soviet Union. And he has done everything in his power to do it. Igor came into power at age 30. For 3 years, he has been sending out his forces, and "illegally" annexing land and territory. For 3 years, the other world powers did nothing. The only thing they did was place sanctions against Russia. The "New Soviet Union" now encompasses the states of Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, and Latvia. Igor does not want to stop there. The population of "The new soviet union" grew from its population at 2016, currently 143.5 million, to a whopping 200 million. In this point in time, countries in Igors path like Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, started receiving troop backing from countries like the United States, Great Britain, Australia, and Canada. Igor could no longer blow through conquering small countries. So he held a summit. The countries involved in this summit, were China, North Korea, and all other communist or socialist countries. They reached a agreement. They would all help The new soviet union, and it sights, as they were all promised land and money. This group of allies, were referred to as the "Eastern Commonwealth." By their opponents, they were referred to as the reds. This ally ship has a accumulated troop strength of approximately 6 million troops, including soldiers from all branches. The common wealth now has absolutely slaughtered all remaining troops in the remaining small/ former soviet union countries. The common wealth now holds Russia, china, North Korea, all other communist countries, with the addition of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Igor has now given the New Socialist union, the equivalent of the USSR at its height. Igor gave Georgia, Latvia, and Uzbekistan, to China. And gifted Armenia, Turkmenistan, and Georgia, to North Korea. For all their help in war, at a Summit. The Common wealth has only faced a mere 150k troop lost, slaughtering over 200k total troops. But at that same summit, the goals of the common wealth were also discussed. It was hereby agreed that the common wealth would push on. The agreements and results of the Eastern summit were published, and shortly after, a meeting including countries like US, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, and the other major world powers. One thing was agreed upon. That the Western Powers would finally direct its attention and troops, into stopping The Eastern Commonwealths path. These agreements have been put forth on December 2, 2032. It is now January 16, 2033. And the war has now officially begun. You are the leaders

Application Information.
This is how this will work. There will be 15 countries. With a mandatory countries of the new soviet union, China, US, and GB. There is specific order, the 15 countries shall create a post, it should be organized, and grammatically correct. It should not look like a series of posts. It should look like this

Philippines:

Well duterte has declared that their breaking relations with the U.S. and now making a deal with China. Philippines succeeds and makes a relation with china, Philippines and china are no longer arguing on the islands of the Philippines sea. During this so called war, china has made the Philippines the main resource for food, military training, and defense. However, china has neglected the Philippines due to higher taxes, low payment, and over working. The people of the Philippines are now protesting to leave china and bring back relations to the U.S..

Drinking laws are the same, criminal laws are the same, but then the government has resistance to the law, so anyone who has enough power can do anything they want, ya know.

Stuff like kidnapping/stealing stay illegal, killing is illegal unless you provide enough of a good point in court (If its money a life is worth 100k dolla),
