Guide My Grinding Guide 1-101 (without Relying On Quests)

Melted's Personal Leveling Guide​

I'm going to start by saying that I know there are many other leveling guides... BUT! This is a

newer version since mob totems have come out and I have found a great way to save a lot of Quest XP for

later when you level up to 100.

Notes:

To make the leveling process faster and more effective, simply have a group of friends.

This leveling guide does not recommend completing ANY quests. Save your quests once you reach level 100 to make the level 100-101 process much easier.

Dungeons: A very good way to level up super fast when you are in the low levels. Dungeons should also
be completed whilst an XP bomb is active for a faster level up process.

Double XP: It is highly recommended to find double XP servers while you do this leveling guide to make the process 10x faster. Go ahead and add the following person to find out where he is at because he drops a lot of XP Bombs: _SnowSyndicate_

Parties: If you have a group of friends (or friend) it is best to create a party if you are using this leveling guide. Why? Because the party shares XP points between all the players nearby including XP points after finishing a Dungeon (correct me if I'm wrong). Parties also make it easier for you not to die because your friends should always have your back (unless they open a loot chest while a spider eats you alive).

Personal Note: I have completed levels 1-101 using this leveling guide in the course of 5 days.

Let's get started now shall we?

Levels​

Spoiler: Levels 1-5

Levels 1-5: Ragni -740 X / 67 Y / -1580 Z

For a new class, simply complete the first quest and enter Ragni. After doing so, kill the level one

Weak Zombies outside of the castle found at the coordinates above.

Grinding Difficulty: Easy
Spawn Rate: Medium

The area should look like the screenshot above.

Spoiler: Levels 5-10

Levels 5-10: -470 X / 67 Y / -1570 Z

Follow the dirt path from your previous grinding spot until you see what looks like broken structure

Grinding Difficulty: Easy
Spawn Rate: Medium-High

If you grind here until level 10 with some friends you will shoot up really fast! Mob totems are helpful to but you can't party with your friends if you place a totem (don't worry it's still pretty effective.)

Spoiler: Levels 10-15

Levels 10-15: Detlas 380 X / 67 Y / -1580 Z

As soon as you hit double digits, go through the Nivla Forest until your reach Detlas using the coordinates

above! Just outside of Detlas are some level 10 zombies. Go ahead and grab some friends, find a double

xp server, or even drop a mob totem for this area!

Grinding Difficulty: Easy
Spawn Rate: Medium

Spoiler: Levels 15-20

Levels 15-20: Nemract -5 X / 67 Y / -2030 Z

Outside of the depressing city of Nemract, there are a lot of of level 21 Skeletons and level 15 Zombies.

Again, refer to the notes above for the most effective way of grinding this spot out.

Grinding Difficulty: Easy/Medium
Spawn Rate: Medium-High

Spoiler: Levels 20-25

Levels 20-25: Nemract 320 X / 42 Y / -2085 Z

First off, congratulations if you made it this far! For the current area you should be grinding in, you will

need to complete a level 20 quest called "Grave Digger" for access to this grinding spot. For newbies, I

Once you have access to this grinding spot have fun!

Grinding Difficulty: Easy/Medium
Spawn Rate: Medium

Spoiler: Levels 25-33

Levels 25-33: Nemract Underworld Crypt Dungeon 225 X / 26 Y / -1940 Z

This is where the grind may come to a fork in the road....

You may keep using the previous grinding spot until you are level 30 OR you can get a friend (or be by
yourself) and complete the Underworld Crypt Dungeon a number of times for a slight level
advantage.

My route: I did the dungeon grind and went from level 25-33 in about an hour while double XP was active and in a party with the help of one friend.

In order to access the dungeon you need to get a key from the Underworld Crypt Key Guardian.

Getting access: To get the key is simple. If you roam around the coordinates above you can most likely find one of the key guardians, and during the exploration you can kill some mobs to put some grinding into the mix.

As for completing the dungeon, I will keep that a secret. Don't worry. Once you do it one time, you can do it again.... and again.... and again... and again... pls kill me.

Grinding Difficulty: Medium
YOUR Survival Rate: Easy/Medium

Spoiler: Levels 33-38

Levels 33-38: Almuj Sand-Swept Tomb Dungeon(rip light theme users) 1400 X/ 91 Y / -1830 Z

Once you have reached that juicy level of 33 come on over to Almuj and grind out the Sand-Swept Tomb Dungeon! If you do this on Double XP you get 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 level ups ever completion.

The key guardian is usually found in the back of the city of Almuj's bank, near WynnExcavation Site A, or by the Junk Merchant nearby.

Grinding Difficulty: Easy/Medium
YOUR Survival Rate: Medium

Spoiler: Levels 38-45

Levels 38-45: Nesaak -105 X / 70 Y / -615 Z or Ice Barrows Dungeon

Things get a little tough here, but don't give up!

As a level 38 it can be very difficult to survive, but if you play smart you can stay alive and get all of that precious XP!

The first thing I did was complete one Ice Barrows Dungeon with DXP active and I got around 63,000 XP which almost leveled me up 3 times to level 40. My friend @Putrid helped me with this and TheVerge.

Once I was level 40 I went to the coordinates above and grinded out the experience points from the Corrupted Sentinel [Lv. 47] mobs until I was level 45. I used mob totems and double XP by myself for a good hour and a half.

Grinding Difficulty: Hard
Spawn Rate: High

This is a little bit harder because there is no spot to really afk grind. You usually have to stay on the move.

Spoiler: Levels 45-70

Levels 45-70: Troms -500 X / 69 Y / -810 Z (Herb Cave)

You may be thinking right now, "Wow 45-70? No thank you!"

If you are thinking that way, it should be "Yes thank you!" I'll tell you why if you read the following ;)

The reason I got to this level within 2-3 hours is because of Mob Totems + Party + DXP. It is a really effective way for getting a lot of XP.

Important: I'm going to be doing this for future classes so if you are reading this make sure you message me to ask me when I will be doing this again. I use shouts and DXP to start stuff like this.

Grinding Difficulty: Easy-Medium (time consuming).
Spawn Rate: High

Spoiler: Levels 70-80

Levels 70-80: Temple of Legends

Go ahead and complete the Temple of Legends quest. Once you finish you can grind in this spot up to level 80!

Spoiler: Levels 80-101

Levels 80-101: Rodoroc, Dragon's Lair 1420 X / 3 Y / -4940 Z

Once you reach level 80 go complete the ??? Quest for XP armor. It makes this leveling process 100x faster.

This spot is hard to find. Its found if you go through tunneled out area near Rodoroc's exit. Once you find this, the grind is on!

Spoiler: Class/Completed Quests

My Class: Ninja

Quests Complete: 11/101 (Stable Story quest for horse and Grave Digger quest for access to a grinding spot). ALL quests to complete Temple of Legends such as Wrath of the Mummy, Mushroom Man, Maltic's Well, Angry Village, Bob's Lost Soul.

These quests give hardly any XP and if anything you are going to make XP 10x better than they give in future levels.

Hmm so far this is a quite nice grinding guide for 1-45, but are you sure it's good to save the quests? For each one there is like an expected level of the player. The more your level differs from that level the less xp you get. That's also why you get only one level if you finish ToA with a level 40 class.

 

But y tho?

 

You wasted the xp from Grave Digger to get access to that spot because the pit crawlers or whatever in the cave before the boss is Macabre Masquerade is a way better grind spot by a landslide.
