He probably thought that it would say "your own mob totem" instead of "(username)'s mob totem" (or he's just making a joke about it xd)

 

Trust me, I've put totems down in Freezing Heights and I'm a bit annoyed when the secret blue person tells me that I'm standing in my totem and to buy a rank.

First off, I know I'm in my totem because I placed it down, and second, I already have a rank because it's my totem...

I personally hope that they maybe remove those messages for your own totems. It's a bit awkward in my opinion.

Totems should also give a message when they run out of time.

Actually, totems now have a message that says when they have run out. It still uses your username and tells you to buy a rank, however...
