My Vip+ Is Still Bugged.

So. A year or two later and at least 2 threads, and I still don't have half the things VIP+ is meant to have, but now I don't have the totems either, which is super annoying. I am missing the hostile mob disguises:

And I only have these attack effects (not sure if I'm meant to have more):

I had 2 threads on the old forums about this, one on the day or the day after VIP+ came out, and one a bit later after being told it was going to be looked into, nothing happened from either threads. Since these were only cosmetics I wasn't too annoyed, but not getting tokens is a little too much.
I'm not gonna tag salted or anything, since that's advised against, but I would really like this fixed, as I am not getting what I payed for, and never really have.

UPDATE:
I recieved mob totems today, so idk whats up with that. I'm not so bothered about the disguises since I can open them in daily boxes now. Not sure if something was changed, or it just bugged for the first day or two. Thanks if someone did fix something.

My 10 loot bombs vanished. thats pretty annoying and a waste of money :(

 

They just updated the shop, so some of the promised things have been removed.

 

This has happened to me too, but I didn't gain any of the supposed items :/

 

He's saying that he bought VIP+ a year or two ago, but he only got the VIP disguises and effects.
Edit: sorry I assumed a gender. Well to lazy to fix it.

You are correct with the I brought it day 1, and it never worked properly. Also dont worry, I am a guy, and dont really care what someone calls me, so long as they arent doing it to try and be mean or something.

 

Wait so did you ever make a support report about this? Seems like other people have this problem too.

Weird... I got all promised vip+ features.

 

I'm pretty sure at this point the "legacy" features have been fully removed since the crates contain all of the effects/particles/disguises given before. Still, it's a bit odd why you never received them 2 years ago, since that was long before EULA was harshly enforced. I upgraded about 2 days before the store update came out, and it gave me all of the "old" particles and features that came with the rank.

You could try to contact "support@wynncraft.com" about it, but considering they removed the automatic features with the rank, I'm a bit unsure if they will fix this for you. For now, try opening the daily crate every day and see if you can get some of the features you don't have currently.

@eeveelution: I understand that he should have the features after the update took place. Heck, I know this since I received the features myself. (My forum tag is bugged, so ignore it.)

My main concern is that while he should get the features, they might deny his request because of the recent update. I know that he should technically get the features since he bought it 2 years ago, but with the features being moved exclusively to crates, the outcome is unsure at this point.

I'm still here waiting for the forum tag and the VIP forum, do what I did and let wynncraft support know and see if they can help, but seeing as you waiting a year with out telling them, you mite have just lossed out on that.

If you don't have the totems either, then it seems like your account, in regards to rank features, is severely bugged. Did you by chance happen to receive the daily crate at all?

The features should include 4 totems respawning every day as well as the one daily crate. If you're basically missing everything included with the rank, you should probably request to support to "reset" your rank. I haven't had any issues with ranks besides updating my forum tag, so through my observation you're one of the few to have no crates or totems spawning at all.

 

I have not received the crates yet and its been 3 days, but I have been receiving my daily 4 mob totems.

I contacted Wynncraft support and they said that it was a bug that will be fixed soon, but I don't know how soon...
