SPOILER Entrance To Dern Province In The Future?

Heya, so I'd like to add a disclaimer and say it is HIGHLY LIKELY someone has already found it and posted, but I decided to post it in favour of Minekraft_Gutten who alerted me of such a place.

This is the entrance to the mysterious place, the coords are 600, -1100

Spoiler: Inside the place

At the back of this mysterious place, there appears to be a passageway that is too dark and far to see. It is blocked by blocks, and also by invisible barrier blocks.

Oh and the creepiest part?

It's beside the Abandoned Mines.
And the abandoned mines have been speculated by many to contain the Dern Province behind it.
And that passageway leads deeper to an unexplored region.

I think this is new as ive explored that area before and never saw that door. Nice find!

 

Woah, I have actually never seen this structure before. I believe it's added recently, probably in Hallowynn.

The Abandoned Mines has long been suspected as a possible gateway to Dern, due to evidence before the map was revamped and also because the quest Fantastic Voyage ends here strangely, involving another gateway in the process. Therefore it has a good possibility of being linked to (Dern)?

It's a pretty sweet find, time to call in the theorist.

I don't think it is the entrance to Dern, sadly. I would figure it would be more grand. I DO, however, think it could be important. And yes, possibly Dern related, due to being added in a recent update and being right next to the mines.

Dern was accidently discovered by miners.... A cave is suitable

 

I believe that there was something else there before.

A sort of entranceway that lead to an 'arena' with a massive door.

 

I can't be the only one who thought that first picture was ToL and thought this was a shitpost...... Anyways, nice find.

 

Still, if you remember the old Gavel hype... Dern entrance is going to be a lot bigger.

I do believe this is a quest point for future quests though.

 

the fact that dern is behind the mines supports this even more

 

We don't officially know Dern is behind the mines though.

 

Maybe as the progress on building goes on we can get into the cavern and there will be a giant underground door
