    Question is in the title. Im considering a new build consisting of some items with negative poison and dont know what it does. Thank you in advance!​

    I assume you are using Phoenix Wing? Don't worry, that is is just there so you can't use it with poison. It won't hurt you or heal foes

    It's kinda annoying, it does the poison noise and particles, but no dmg

    Enemies still will flinch over three seconds as though they were taking poison damage, but no damage will be inflicted.
