    I'm wondering which of the five 1.9 minecraft versions I need to be able to play on the server?

    I've looked and there isn't any listed version required.

    The version of 1.9 has no effect, but I play with 1.9 just in case.

    You are right if you want to play with least bugs. But if you want to be able to see the new item skins and pets and stuff you need to use 1.9 or higher.

    Well I'm using 1.10.2 and I can't stand the pink boxes everywhere.

    Yea they are every where in 1.10.2.
    Once I'm able to I'll take a screenshot of what I'm talking about, but I think I'm stuck inside the long building in Ragni.
    Second building south of the east exit.
