Java Exception?

Hello i am really excited for the new update, but i can only log in to wynncraft with 1.8.x
i tried 1.9 and 1.10 both said :
Could not connect to default of fallback server, please try again later: java.net.connectexception
please help

 

umm.. why would you want to log on with 1.9/1.10 anyways?

Happens to me, just go to .minecraft and delete all the files (unless you want to keep some like options and maybe some mods). Worked for me

 

Just tried, still not let me in...

 

Hmm, we'll try reinstalling the minecraft runtime

 

i delete the appdata of minecraft folder and redownloaded it, did not work D:

I get that glitch quite often now, but I am still able to get on. I have been using 1.9.2 since I started, so version shouldn't be an issue.

My glitch seemed to start when the Halloween lobby was released. Maybe it will vanish for good once the lobby is changed.

A temporary fix for this issue until it is resolved would be to edit the ip address by changing the ending (for example, play.wynncraft.com is changed to play.wynncraft.org, and vice versa). When I change this one detail, the server will stop spamming the Java message and will let me on.

Like I said before, it used to be fine for me until the new lobby was released. Use this alternative method, and eventually the lobby will change back, eliminating the issue.
