Ok, let's take away the clock so, but the build is horribile. It doesn't have a concept, guys! Just checka real house, is not a realistic rappresentation, palette is awfull!

IF a concept is what I think you mean it is, I am going for a feel of a Still life painting, but in a room form.

 

For you, your build is a life painitng? Although this is not the meaning of concept, this is not a still life painting. A concept is an innovative design proposal. Your build is a room with 3 clocks, 2 windows a chair... This is not a concept, you have to convey emotions with a concept and to build good in this scale, you must do a strong concept. For the palette, this is hard to explain, you have to do shapes with different block types, different tones. Ah for clocks, instead of circles, trying to make Roman numbers, it comes out better imo

 

I feel not every thing has to have a long ass concept, and it can be simple and left to the looker to decide what the meaning is.

Stop lying. It's pattern and pallete is fitting. The clocks are good-sized, so are the windows. The door is detailed very good, as well as the chair.

EDIT: I knew it. It has only been 3 weeks before you've got your builder tag(means no longer "new builder"). I don't expect you to have builded much in Wynn yet.

M8 there's no reason to go to someone's planetminecraft page and criticize their work just to prove them wrong in a completely irrelevant context. Also I think his work is fine the way it is.

In the end, building is widely based on opinion. Many styles, designs, etc make people build certain ways, but trying to enforce your opinion isn't going to help him want to change. I don't want to make you feel bad by saying this, I've just been seeing your comments lately reflect a personality that may not come off as positive to others eyes. If you don't agree with something, you should first try commenting about the things that you do agree with and support before kindly suggesting changes using words like "maybe" or "try".

I'm not trying to be rude or anything here. I've just been seeing this type of comment a lot lately and think the community might enjoy more constructive criticisms.

I don't take his comments 100% literally I don't think English is is first language, also he was teaching me how to do this type of stuff, so I think he thinks I am trying to copy him. idk though.
