I don't get it. 1 health regen isn't noticeable at all is it? It's useless for a mage at least.

 

The one selling for 25LE got no replies from July to even now.
This...I have never seen one -3/4s Mana Steal Suppression!? ....Just...Update -cough- This can't really be accounted for.
^And the one with 24LE buyout has like min -life steal while yours is near max -life steal ._.
FYI, buyouts mostly are not the item's real worth but slightly (or sometimes greatly) higher than its worth to prevent instant buyouts.

bro it wasn't a scam. We negotiated a price and both agreed to it. I think you're more experienced in trade than I am, and back then I was an inactive player whose highest account was level 70 (I'm still only level 80 now). I think 14 le was a fair price that we negotiated, but if you think it's right for me to give le to someone when the price of their item drops, think again. That's just not how selling items works. You negotiate a price, trade items, and usually never talk about it again. Have a good day.

I know we agreed on a price and I even decided the price first as starters--I don't regret anything at all, just that what you said it made me think that you actually knew about that and scammed on it.
Moreover, I have no means of asking you to return any LE--I have emphasised that like on all the past replies, and I know that a deal is a deal--What is done cannot be undone. Out of everything I am just feeling blank on this point that you kept thinking that I was trying to get my money back. Was just teasing you when I said you got scammed, sorry. When I sold the suppression to you, I was being 100% honest. I'd never seen one sold before and since it looked like a pretty cool ring I expected it to be worth a decent amount. I had a quick look on the forums pages at that time and that's about the price they were being sold for. I'm sorry if I misinterpreted your posts or made you angry.
