To get the emeralds, it is in a cave behind the "Adventurer" NPC.

Inside the cave, there is a cave dweller that drops "Chipped Leather Boots"

Keep killing the cave dweller until you have as much as you want.
Then go to Ragni, and sell all of them to the item buyer (unless you want some for yourself)
They can sell for 1-5 emeralds, and the cave dwellers respawn quick as well :D


The Loot IV Chest

It is near the entrance of the Nivla Forest, turn left and you should see it.
Inside the cave, you will see a little water, go in the water and through the fence, there is a chest :D

This early in the game, 1 stack of emeralds should be pretty good. And also some weapons to go along as well.

Ive been looking for this for like since the rings came out, now I can finally find a concentration ring

so, left coming in from the emerald trail right? also, can you put a map link for that cave (for loot IV).?

 

I can't find it on the map but it the cords are around -450 -1700 It should be pretty obvious as you see a random rock out of the ground with a hole in it.
