So... what exactly is the bug? Also, I think there's a site for bug tracking.

 

This is not a bug, we have to disable scrolls while the player is in the graveyard to not have the ambient sounds play in the background outside the area. You can use scrolls and /kill after you went around twain mansion and are standing in front of it. We already made a change to inform the player of this in the chat as soon as he enters the graveyard.

 

So,
The second picture shows the guy nearing Nesaak, thats not part of the graveyard too right?

 

erm... i went to neesak and can't use the scroll.

 

Did you walk there? There is a tripwire you have to activate that will enable scrolls again right next to the house of twain. If you still can't use scrolls, go there, activate the wire and try again, message me if it doesn't work.

 

Does that mean that my archer can escape spell over the tripwire and never use scrolls again?... or would the tripwire still activate?...

 

There are barriers above the tripwire to prevent exactly that, also mages can't tp through them.
