As far as I'm aware vip+ gets 10 classes since gavel... You using Internet explorer or something?

It’s time for a new patch! I’m not sure if you guys heard, but it’s Hallowynn soon. We got some new content and are almost done with our new store. Let’s start with that…

STORE

Weeks ago, we were forced to remove some features on our real-money store to follow Mojang’s new EULA. At that time, we promised that we would be working hard to bring new things for y’all, so here they are.

Ranks

We’ve changed ranks a little bit. Here’s what’s new…

HERO Rank

We have a new rank! We call it “HERO”, and it’s our ultimate rank. If you wish to upgrade from your rank to it, simply buy it just like you would normally. We will automatically add a discount depending on your existing rank.

Mob Totems

Mob Totems are totems you can place down anywhere you want. When placed, it will multiply the amount of mobs (not bosses) nearby and their spawn rates for 5 minutes. Bonus mobs will have some particles following them, and when killed, they will give 100% of their XP to EVERYBODY in the totem range. You will get those daily, but they cannot be stacked more than your daily amount. Make sure to use them everyday!

Daily Crates

VIP+ and HERO will receive crates everyday! They cannot be stacked like normal crates, so make sure to open them daily as well! We will talk more about crates down below, but to make it quick, you can find many cosmetic items in those.

Beta Access

This is a feature only available to HERO. Beta are used when we push some new major updates to test things out. It doesn’t mean that only HERO will have access to public betas, but they will always be whitelisted whatever happens.

Crates

Everybody and their mothers are adding crates to their game, so we decided to do the same! With the new store, you will be able to purchase mysterious crates. They contain cosmetic items like weapon skins, particle effects, Wybel pets and more! You can buy them directly or get them daily if you have a rank.

Here's some of the stuff you will be able to find in crates...

(that's only 4 models out of 30 or so)

We have 3 tiers of crate for now. T1, T2 & T3. The higher a crate tier is, the more chance it has to contain rare items. VIP+ will receive 1x T1 per day, while HERO will receive 1x T2 per day.

There are 4 different reward tier:

Common
Rare
Epic
Godly

That’s not all! We also added what we call “scrapping”. You can get rid of 5 crate rewards of the same tier to get a new reward of one tier higher. So for example, scrapping 5 rare rewards will give you 1 epic reward.

Bombs

Bombs are back! They haven’t changed much from what they used to be, but we added some new ones and modified things that needed changing.

Party Bombs: Instead of being a clusterfuck of random noise and particles, there will now be a cool party song playing, mobs will dance and players will be able to spam snowballs at each others until the time runs out.

Shouts: They are now called Shout Bombs, and can be cancelled when you throw one by mistake.

Item Bombs: Instead of throwing items everywhere, it will give 2 random items to everyone online.

Soul Point Bombs: This is a new bomb! When it blows up, everybody on the server will receive 2 free soul points! However, you cannot go over your SP limit.

Pets

Pets are now much better! With the help of armour stands, we’re able to make custom models with proper animations. More info will come later this weekend!

That's it for the store for now! We will post another thread when it's all ready with more informations. Also important to note: the Gold Coin in-game store will still be there with /gc, and will sell the same stuff as before at the same price, but you won't be able to buy any more Gold Coins.

MISCELLANEOUS

Ragni now has a bank

Fixed a bug where some classes wouldn’t load

Dungeons (especially corrupted ones!) give much more XP

New items & dungeon items!

New corrupted dungeon! (Corrupted Lost Sanctuary, Lv. 78)

Nii Guardians can now drop 1-2 runes when killed

Corrupted Keys will need 4 to 6 runes depending on the dungeon

The infested pit dungeons got updated with some new things. There’s also a small surprise in the corrupted one.

New area behind Twain’s Mansion

Minor changes related to items, mobs and areas.

You now get +5 permanent health per level

QUESTS

We have two new quests for this patch!

One Thousand Meters Under (by Imaxelius) - Level 95 - Join a search crew in Ahmsord to retrieve a fallen object of great importance

A Grave Mistake (by Tantibus & Headset_O) - Level 50 - Our Hallowynn Quest for 2016! You should stray from the mysterious Twain Graveyard...

This quest will be the first to utilize some of the features of our brand-new quest system, and it will still only scratch the surface of all of the things that we can do with the system. You'll be seeing more of it in future updates.

RELEASE

We plan to release the new quests, lobby and dungeon tomorrow, the 27th of October. It could get delayed, but if so, not by much.

Store changes will be somewhere this weekend as we still have a few things to work on before it’s ready.

Keep in mind that we are also trying some new things with the store, so whatever you see COULD change before/after release. This includes pricing, features, etc.

ik the "win" perks are minor but still.. a no ranked guy vs a hero ranked will have less 1 t2 crate and 6 totems...
That's really nice features and comparing to other servers that actually are pay to win it's very "ok" but I liked it more without those perks :)
I will buy a rank, either with those perks or without them (just personal point of view)

Its impossible to make a pay to win MC server. Mojang would just shut it down. And without these ranks, wynncraft wouldnt be a thing

I am aware of that I didn't said it's a pay to win, I ment it does give an advantage though comparing a Hero to an unranked guy.
as I said I'm planning to buy a rank anyways with or without those totems and crates perk. And I'm not the only one.
btw DatDraggy, half of the servers (popular ones aswell) are pay to win.They aren't shutting down soo. I'm pretty sure your information is wrong

These crates are not pay to win by far. The only things you can get out of them are cosmetics. These cosmetics do not give any advantages ingame so that removes the "win" factor. As for the totems, bear in mind that everyone in the radius gets the buff making it useful for even non-ranked players who get the same advantages as the ranked players.

So no. I do not see any problems with these new features being pay to win.
