Is Health Regen Percentage Broken?

Is health regen percentage broken? Because I'm not getting the health regen that is promised for the Amulet of Rejuvenation (1000% hp regen)

 

To specify, % regen affects how fast it regenerates, while raw regen dictates how much
Also, it takes a few moments for the efects to take place

So 1000% regen makes it 10 times faster
Not 10 times better

 

Well it doesn't seem to work and wynncraft usss slot switch to update stats which also doesnt work...

Oh and what about compass not showing powder statistics in armour and weapons tab?

 

I'm mildly confused. If I had 100 raw and 100%, how would it work compared to 100 raw and 1000%?

 

Let's say your health regens every 30 seconds, so you receive 100 health every 30 seconds. If you have +1000% regen, your health would regenerate 10x faster, giving you 100 health every 3 seconds.
I might be wrong, but that's how I think it works.

 

No, Salted said that percent health regen increases your BASE regen by that much. So when you're low hp % regen is really good because base regen is higher, at higher hp it kinda blows :/

 

How do you get this so called amulet of rejuvenation

thanks dude i've been asking people where it is for like 5 days :P

 

I'm not getting a good boost from this trinket either.

my max hp is 8900, I tested it and when im only missing 600hp i gain 137hp/3s. When im down to 1500 health i gain 854hp on the first tick. without the trinket i regen 57hp/3s.

with the trinket on i have +2033% health regen at +136 health regen.

this doesn't seem like its working right. it should be way more than that.
