Here is what I find interesting. The gavel excavation has a sub in the middle of sky islands... With no water in the void. So why the he'll is the sub there?

Secondly, I have not done the quest yet. I am level 63 so I will not be there for a while. The wiki has not been updated with the quest info yet.

It seems like this update was made specificly for me (not really, but you know). WynnExe AND Twain stuff? I thought Christmas was in December!

ANYWAY, I can't really say much until the wiki updates or someone makes a video of the quest. But from that quote alone, I am 99.99348364018367% sure they are referring to Gavel Excavation (The company that ran Wynn Excavation).

Sadly, I cant to any more theory than that due to not enough info
