I mean look at all those drawbacks.

from what i can tell here, nope
EDIT: Rerolled it 2 times, got 9% which had one star on it. From what I remember an id with at base ids would have at least one star, and base times 1.3 is max, so the max ws can't be better than auto.

im am happy that i dont have to wear an ugly unique now though, would be better if the best one wasnt a high level quest reward though :/

 

Just asked Selvut, base is 9%, base on Autotomized is 11 ;-;

 

Ominous Wind gives -4% Spell/Melee Damage, 7% XP Bonus, 12% Thorns, and 8% Speed.
