I use photoshop to make them jump right now, but I use to use to save both frames and put them in a "picture to gif" website which is easy to use if it's just two frames. (Jumpies aren't complex, they are a simple delicacy)
It's pretty super simple when it comes to making the jumpy frames

(I just move them up one pixel and add extra pixels at their feets)
then put those little guys in a program/site/whichever you prefer

Wow that was underpriced - those can go for way over 10, most op item in the game

 

I don't think hero is 'the most op item in the game' or op at all xD They were only selling for that much because it's new and people like monies ._.

 

It is an air weapon, with walk speed, does more damage than a Thrunda, and is 5 levels lower. AND IT'S AN AIR WEAPON DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN A THUNDER WEAPON 5LEVELS ABOVE IT, AND HAS WALK SPEED. no but seriously, it needs a nerf
