I Think I Have A Missing Texture.

Edit #2 - Changing minecraft version to 1.8.9 has worked (although I can be a little choppy at times). Thank you to everyone in the comments that help me out.
All I did was make a whole new minecraft folder (renaming the minecraft folder and opening the minecraft launcher) because the one I was using was 100% a mess (I've been playing for a while with many different mods). Then installed Forge, Optifine and Journey map. Might I add that before I "cleaned up" my minecraft folder I was using Optifine and it was fine. All I would like to know is how to fix it. (Would have more pictures but SPAM)

Edit - Just fix up a few things (writing at midnight can make it hard to write properly).

 

I've had this happen a few times upon loading into a world. A temporary fix for it would be to do "/lobby" and select another world. It should correct itself after that.

If it doesn't fix itself, then you will have to downgrade your Minecraft version to 1.8.9, as mentioned above. Playing on a version higher than 1.8.9 causes server/client issues, such as texture pack breaking and horse displacement. If the server switching fix doesn't work, then your best bet is to switch MC versions.

 

I'm using 1.10.2 with optifine. Runs better than the old version lol

 

I think you can just delete the tall grass texture, if not just use 1.8.9 or below.
