If the main storyline destroy a lot of cities. If it just one, then they can rebuild it in real time, but more than 5 or 10, then yes.

Board Meeting:
King Aeres: "This prove disastrous. Gavel and Wynn would have been destroyed if we didn't show up."

King Cinfras: "It's not our fault that Jessica burnt Cinfras down, with the Paladin Order inside! Don't forget that you ordered to bomb Light Forest, where the Aldorians lie. They will surely hold a grudge."

King Ragni: "He's right King Cinfras, Troms would have been destroyed if Fruma didn't show. The Corruption would have swept through Troms like a plague."

King Detlas: "Why not focus our attention and arguments on the group that invaded Dern? They are the real heroes of this battle."

An Assistant: "Sirs, Tema is here."

King Aeres: "Bring her in."

Tema: "Hello...Why am I here exactly?"

King Detlas: "We want to hear your side of the story."

An hour later

King Ragni: "Damn that Ragnar..."

King Almuj: "He killed Bobby!"

King Rufma: "ONE PROBLEM AT A TIME!"

King Aeres: "Settle down King Rufma. We need to discuss how to rebuild our cities and towns again."

King Ragni: "Higher taxes?"

King Nemract: "They will only hate us more."

King Selchar: "Higher payment to enter Gavel?"

King Troms: "What about for Fruma? You opened your borders."

More arguments about getting money to repair the cities. They eventually decided on higher taxes.

King Aeres: "Now, Tema...How would you like to lead the construction of Dern?"

Tema: "I accept."

An army is better I think and I have better idea of things to do with them XD (It would be fun that a Ocean war happen a day, Skiens army, Daragor Army, Pirates Army, Dead Army (Dead Island), GIR army, Mage army, etc...) XD

Oh, got it. Yea, Shade is back. Here's a explanation.

Updated backstory. You can have new powers if you want. (It is 10 years later)

 

"After the fall of Ragnar, Shade returned to aldorei valley anonymously. He was the loyal servant of the chief elder, and became a high ranking member of the council. He has attained Physical form again. He has gained many more powers from his adventurs to places like the meteors, Sarnific, Dern, The Roots of Corrupted, The Hive, and many other famous places. Shade now serves as the head member in the council for yrobalicy, teaching and training newcomers. However, no information on how this power is attained was ever discovered."
