What's The Best Loot Gear?

I'm starting to build a loot set now. What I'm aware of the best items for loot are :
Helmet : Pelier
Chest : Diamond Dust
Leggings : Jera
Boots : Pirate Luck
Rings : Old Keeper's
Bracelet : Knucklebones
Necklace : Hexed Amulet

Is it True ?? Please help me it's important ! :)
Also - are Memento and 3rd eye the best for mana regen, and what's the best mana regen necklace?

Your loot items are good, although Discoverer has better loot bonus than Diamond Dust, but it's a mythic. So diamond dust should be good here.

As for the best mana regen necklace, it is the Royal Stormy Amulet. If you're rich and lucky enough, you might find someone selling a 2/4 mana regen Royal Stormy Amulet although it's rare af.

 

The site says max m/r for it is 1/4 ;o

 

There are a few that have 2/4 regen, these are from early gavel days when they could be identified. However, I wouldn't suggest buying a 2/4 because they can sell for 32 LE or more

 

Willpower is a better mana regen necklace, a 2/4s one isn't as expensive as a 2/4s Royal Stormy (but Willpower gives negative elemental defenses)
