If you break this down... This is about how people are buried.

There is a book called Doll Bones. It is about a doll who was made from the bones of a girl who fell out a window. The father makes the bones into a doll. Then these 3 kids discover the girls spirit was never set to rest because she never got a proper burial. Or at least the bones never did.

My theory is the quest about apleasing a dead sprit who was buried unproperly because of the event within the text I mention. While I sure the quest will not fallow the books plot, the quest will be a adaptation surrounding that theme.

I would say drowned, but the head gash... Knocked out then drowned?

Looks to be leaves around. Its hard to see, but its almost like a root is going from the bottom of the well to the villager's back... Plant-based threat?

I think he was dead before they tossed him in the well. You think a normal person could survive a blow to the head that deep? Whoever did this probably disposed of the body in the well, rather than drowning this guy in it.

 

The real question is, if some get buried and some don't what is the middle ground?

That seems logical. Also, he's floated to the top of the well when we see this image. Maybe he's been there for a while now? And if it was a murder quest, wouldn't the murderer be looking to get rid of the evidence? Bodies float on water, so maybe they're just giving out a calling card...

 

Bodies only start floating nearly two days after they start to decompose, the body must have been at the bottom of the well for a few days before floating up, meaning the body was being disposed of...

 

Whoever that disposed it must have not thought it out thoroughly then. If the suspect would want to get rid of the evidence, perhaps they should've burnt it? Or just attach a weight to the body so it stays at the bottom of the well? Then again, it seemed like a struggle because he had a bow with him. Ooh, maybe the bow was the murder weapon, and the murderer left it then fled...

 

Think there's any fingerprint or dna technology in wynncraft? The victim obviously put up a fight, but if the bow was the murder weapon, then where is the arrow? The wound doesn't look too much like arrow damage...

 

I feel like you guys think too much about the pictures.
