Its a meme. Take a chill pill. Yes it uses your art, and people have POINTED IT OUT ON THE FIRST PAGE. They know its yours, but you cant exactly put a "whimsicality" signature at the bottom of a picture of a burger. The burger wasnt made by you, and it wasnt made by him, so neither person has a signature.

@Whimsicality, tl;dr take a chill pill, its a joke.

 

He could still have written 'wybel-art by @Whimsicality' in like size 1 at the bottom.

 

I believe that artists and creators of original works need to familiarize themselves with the "fair use" doctrine of international law, that the US is a co-signatory of. If you want a decent explanation of this, you can go to Fair Use on Wikipedia. In there, you will find an important section: "Examples of fair use in United States copyright law include commentary, search engines, criticism, parody, news reporting, research, and scholarship." The artwork in question is commentary, visual commentary, at the least. If anyone has any questions, please read the entire article, as it clearly explains why there is no problem with so much artwork taken from the net and used for other purposes. It only becomes an issue when the artwork is used for commercial purposes.
