I Don't Get It (poll Added For Lurkers)

I want to hear @Selvut283's opinion on this since he's like
The balancer of everything in this game

 

assassin confirmed hard mode

 

Classes are balanced based on what they are meant to do.
Mages are support, so they dont do TOO much damage (except mythics)
Assassins are meant to sneak and take out through stealth (hence Vanish and smokebomb)
Archers are meant to do damage from the side of the arena
Warriors go in and take the boss on head-on

This is just how I would see a battle with all four classes, you may see it differently ^^

Use this to your advantage. If you dont like assassin the way it is, use a system similar to what i have above, and be a TEAM PLAYER. This means play the game with others when you can.

You can't really though. Spells unvarnished you, right? With a little higher mana cost and without mana drain it might work :)

I don't know though I am just some little stupid player with my max level of 78.

Ehh I think the mana drain is fine, the damage is the problem.

 

Boi I do 2k per hit with tier 4 attack speed. Also assassins/ninjas are mostly meant for melee damage, so that might be why your having difficulties.

Has anyone ever thought about Assassin's potential as a melee-only class? With Assassin's melee damage being a little better than Warrior and being comparable to Archer's basic attack but still being able to hit multiple enemies per melee hit, and along with Powder specials and the +tier attack speed ID, I think you could make some incredible melee-only Assassin builds. After all, aren't Assassins all about close-ranged?

 

In the nether it's hella useful because of the force ability. You can just shove your opponents into lava.

If that were correct(it is but hasn't been implemented correctly) then you would be rewarded for attacking them whilst vanished/the mobs are unaware of you yet to my knowledge there is no kind of damage buff to attacking when vanished, just a mana drain, some kind of reward for actually being stealthy is essential for a stealth class, however as I said they are intended to be glass canons and should be the highest damaging class in the game with the lowest defence,, or when stealth ed it doesn't matter just some way to improve damage that isn't a complete weapon overhaul

 

Not as dumb as guilds.

 

Or armor skins.

You have a point with the damage buff with vanish, but I remember there was a glitch where intelligence didn't effect vanish drain, so if its fixed you should try an intel build to decrease the drain

 

But as I stated there is no reason to vanish so why would I want less drain on something I don't use?
