Green Skinned Trouble

I don't know if it has happened to other people, but when I killed the boss and gained "The Axe of Llevigar", I passed through the exit and I was teleported into a dark place, no space to move, just a couple of blocks, I couldn't jump and teleport with scrolls; Did I just got bugged, maybe blocked into the wall, or it is normal? I can't understand... For escaping I had to kill myself. I haven't lost anything important, but I wanted just to make sure that it isn't a problem of the quest.

There should have been a button on the wall to exit that place.

 

That was just a glitch for you that isn't part of the quest

 

You probably sunk into a wall or the ground
