Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"What? Psh, I'm over that. He taught me to be confident about my body and to be proud of myself if someone sees it." Abigail says happily, out of touch with reality.

"Ooh, you remember...remember that time when, uh, when like, I added those rockets to Thirteen? That was so cool!" Abigail says, chilled out.

 

Ihra leaves, frustrated.

 

"Wha-Where you going?" Abigail asks, confused.

 

"Not here."

 

Abigail tries to chase after Ihra, but just falls over.

What appears to be a draconian puts his hand on Ihra's shoulder; though Ihra never saw him approach.

"You seem to be having quite a lot of problems with your friends. I could fix them all for you, for a price." The draconian says.

 

I approach Ragnyon.
"Greetings, Ragyon."

 

Ihra jumps.
"W-who are you?" She asks, surprised.

"Oh, hi, Terrae. Did you want something of me?" Ragnyon asks, slowly trying to get up.

 

"Yes, I wanted to know exactly what it is you do in the group."

 

"Oh... um... I don't do much; I can't do much." She says, showing her chain wounds.

 

"I see. And why is the group har boring you, then?"

 

"Possibly because my ability to see into the future is valuable. Maybe it's because their enemies were using my blood to remain unstoppable to them. I'm not sure; I'm a bit old for any of this anyways."

 

"Just l-draconian, who wishes to help you. One of your kind! That disgusting creature, the Shadow, killed your mother did it not? I believe in revenge," The draconian says, a pure white, shining rifle appearing in his claws, "Here, you can use this. Oh, and you might want to wear this helmet to...protect you...if you misfire."

The draconian hands Ihra the rifle and a strange looking helmet, with sharp looking wire-like attachments hanging out of the back. Ihra can occasionally see patches of the draconian's scales turn white and shine, before quickly returning to how they were.

 

Ihra takes the rifle, then smashes the helmet with her axe, and then holds it to the draconian's neck after imbuing it with darkness.
"We have no native light element ties. What the hell are you?!" She growls,

 

In the blink of an eye, the draconian is gone, as is the smashed helmet and rifle.

 

Ihra looks around, panicked.
"Stop trying this shit!" She growls.

 

Nobodies around.

 

Ihra pauses.
"Why do you want me to kill him?"

 

No response. It's quiet, and uneasy.

 

Ihra runs back towards Artemis, scared.

 

Artemis seems to be in the embrace of her mother, a few tears running down her face.
