Selling Legendaries Around Level 50

Hey everyone!
I have noticed that there are a lot of items being sold around the levels 75-90, but not a ton around level 50. I have a few items that I need to sell, and all are around levels 30-50 for lower level players. Simply place a bid in the comments and we can work out a price. Some have powders already installed in them, but some don't. It would probably be a good idea to close the spoilers when you are done reading them in order to make it more readable for you.

I have two Sage wands:

Sage #1 (has a Fire Powder 4 in it)
Neutral Damage: 41 - 57
Fire Damage: 21 - 31
+11% loot bonus
+36% XP bonus
+2/4 seconds mana regen
+15% air damage

Sage #2: SOLD
Neutral Damage: 54 - 76
+11% loot bonus
+42% XP bonus
+2/4 seconds mana regen
+5% air damage

For the Seven-League Boots, 25 emerald blocks sounds good. For Sage #1, I would say 30 emerald blocks is a fair price, since it has a powder already installed. Sage #2 would be 25 emerald blocks.
Since both of you guys want them, whoever messages back first gets first pick. I'm open to negotiation on prices.

Yea, but that sage #2 could have gone for 15 or more times as much as you sold it. Max XP bonus for any wand
