Skill Point Percentages

I recently came back to Wynn after not playing for a while and was wondering about the fact that you can get over 100 skill points. I have one simple question. If you use equipment to increase the skill points beyond 100, do you get more than 70% in a field? I saw something on the wiki about it, but I didn't know if it was accurate seeing as a lot of things are still slightly outdated pertaining to classes.

Max percentage on any skill is 80%, which requires 150 Skill Points into that skill.

 

You get diminishing returns, I think the max is 80%.

 

You can get up to 80% in any given field with a maximum of 150 skill points.

 

A'ight, Thanks. I was wondering because a build that I'm going for was able to get a max of 164 agility.
