"Maybe a mutated wolf or something if we can find one."

 

"I... I just want some space... I wanna talk it over with Rineth."

 

"Alright...just...call me if you need me." I say, before disappearing.

 

Ihra hugs Artemis if she's there.

 

Artemis hugs Ihra back.

"Aj's been pretty depressed." Artemis says.

 

"I know... I can't kill a friend, but he... he just doesn't understand how I feel..." Ihra cries.

 

"Wait...you're planning on killing him?" Artemis asks, shocked.

 

"No, I'm saying the normal punishment for what he did would be to kill him... But I don't want to, he's tried so hard to get me to move past it..."

 

"I understand how you must feel...but...he's really not that terrible. He beats himself up over what he did, and he only wants to make it up to you!" Artemis says.

 

"Sorries don't bring back the dead..." Ihra mutters. "I don't know what to ask of him!"

 

"Well...mother can bring back the dead...in some forms." Artemis says, trying to sound kind.

 

"Don't waste her energy. It's been too long." Ihra utters, hugging Artemis tighter.

 

"Then why the hell are you complaining saying 'sorries won't being back the dead' if she's dead for good!?" Abigail pipes up.

 

"Because him apologizing isn't doing anything!" Ihra says, suddenly defensive.

 

"Well he feels bad, alright? Get over it, your parents are dead. Artemis' parents were dead for a long while, and she didn't go whining to their killer. She got over it and grew as a person independently. Besides, she's been dead for a long while, we've already sorted out the drama at the time, so drop the subject, make friends with Aj and we can continue on with what we were doing, alright!?" Abigail shouts.

 

"SHUT UP!!" Ihra yells through tears, pushing Artemis away and pointing her staff-axe at Abigail.
"SHE HAD CLOSURE! SHE HAD A REUNION! WHAT DO I GET? I GET YOU TELLING ME TO SUCK IT UP!!" She cries, shakier than Ragnyon trying to walk.

 

"YEAH, BECAUSE YOU'RE BEING A BIG BABY ABOUT IT. OOH, WAH, MY PARENTS ARE DEAD SO I'M GOING TO BLAME ONE OF MY FRIENDS TRYING TO MAKE IT UP TO ME, WAH WAH WAH I'M TOO INCOMPETENT TO OVERCOME MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS AND EXPERIENCE GROWTH AS A PERSON, WAH WAH WAH I JUST WANT TO GO POOPY IN MY BIG BABY DIAPER!" Abigail shouts mockingly.

 

Ihra glares at Abigail, then sprays her in the face with a jet of water from her staff.
"If you want to make fun of what Artemis and I go through, then you can rot in hell." She growls tearfully, then crumples into a crying heap.

 

Abigail's helmet protects her from most of the water, though she's still left partially singed.

"Abigail, a word with me please." Myria says, walking away from the group. Abigail follows.

 

"Artemis, why can't she ever understand..." Ihra sobs.
