Media Dexterity Crits Broken?

    So yeah, when I was wearing the Leitreach Makani (70 dex req), and was testing out damage against mobs, I was not doing crits, even though my crit chance is around 50%

    If anyone has any ideas how to fix this, or any info on why this is broken, please tell me!
