    So I need a bit of plugin help..

    I'm working with citizens, i'm trying to mimic Hypickles warlords with the npcs that have the players skin.

    Anyone know how?!

    Oooh ok. Sorry can't help you with that. My first guess would be that Hypixel does not use citizens, and that it's a custom plugin just for Hypixel. I'm not sure if it's even possible with Citizens.
